At Somi Essence, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not happy with your fragrance, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions.
Return Window
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery
- Our return & exchange coverage extends up to 14 days from the delivery date, subject to inspection
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be mostly unused
- At least 90% of the fragrance content must remain
- Product should be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Processing Time
- All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after approval
Shipping Charges
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges related to exchanges
